Wir sind seit über 20 Jahren für unsere Sommerurlaube regelmäßig zu Gast in Cape Coral.
So auch in diesem Jahr wieder. Wie in all den Jahren zuvor haben wir bei LVCC nicht nur ein schönes Haus, welches unseren Ansprüchen mehr als gerecht wurde gefunden, sondern auch ein Team das die Buchung, die Abwicklung und Betreuung hervorragend organisierte.
Nach einem Urlaub ist ja bekanntlich vor einem Urlaub und für uns steht fest, dass der nächste Urlaub erneut mit LVCC stattfinden wird und wir wenn die Buchungslage es erlaubt gerne wieder in das Haus zurückkehren welches wir gerade mit besten Urlaubsgefühlen und Erinnerungen nach Hause verlassen haben.
In diesem Jahr haben wir Villa Timeless sehr genossen. Seine Lage am Spreader, das übergroßzügige Grundstück, die Vollständigkeit seiner Ausstattung, der große Pool und Patio unter Screen …. Ich könnte lange weiter aufzählen was uns begeisterte und käme doch am Ende zu dem Punkt dass es für uns das perfekte Haus war unseren Sommerurlaub als Familie zu verbringen.

We spent relaxed Christmas vacation at the villa Papageno.The furnishing of the house was elegant and luxury.
Also the villa was perfect located and had a gorgeous view to the wide canal.
The Villa left nothing to be desired. Even the Pool- and Spa-Heating was very easy to handle by tablet. We liked to use the Kajaks very much and we enjoyed our small tours over the canal.
The Solar Panels on the roof of the house kept the pool water comfortable warm and the power expenses enjoyable low.
If you compare this villa with a 5star-Hotel, you are much more flexible, you have more privacy, the house has a lot more space and during high season your costs are lower than in a comparable Hotel.
The Service was from the reservation to the introduction of the villa and the support during our stay was magnificent.
We were so satisfied, that we have booked our next vacation home at LVCC already.

We had so much fun in the pool and spending time together on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and we loved ending the day with the fireplace on. It made us feel like it wasn`t so hot outside!
We`ve rented many homes over the years in Cape Coral and this one was at the top of our list. We look forward to coming back in the years to come. Thank you for a great week!
I have been renting from LVCC every January since 2022. The villas are awesome. Always comfortable, clean and equipped with all the essentials. The representatives are professional and friendly, always available should you have a question. You can trust your rental with LVCC will be first class.

Unsere Ferien in der Villa Different waren super, alles hat perfekt geklappt und die Bilder im Internet stimmen 1:1 mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die ganze Abwicklung von der ersten Minute bis heute mit Ihnen und Ihrem Team war sehr freundlich, herzlich und einfach toll. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war 1A! Ein Anruf und eine halbe Stunde später war jemand da! Wir freuen uns heute schon riesig auf unseren nächsten Florida-Aufenthalt in der Villa West Indies, die wir kurz von aussen gesehen haben.
Die Villa Different ist ein tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Villa!

The home was perfect in every way. From the minute we checked into the house, everything was excellent and exactly what anyone could want from a vacation home.
The property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any questions on the house or the area. She was able to offer some suggestions on dining and sightseeing in the area.
The house was spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was great to cook in as well as the top notch grill on the patio. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious.
The pool and spa were spotless as well and the temperatures can be adjusted to suit everyone’s tastes.
It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in this house and have not overlooked even the slightest detail.
My family has rented about six or seven times in the area and this home was without question, the best home so far.
When we decide to rent again, this will be the house we will stay in!! Thanks again for a great home and a vacation with great memories!!

Tolles Haus (Villa Nicla) und sehr nette und kompetente Betreuung online, telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort (Vielen Dank, Isabel!). Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kaution wurde sofort nach unserer Abreise nach Abzug der Stromkosten erstattet.

Als Wiederholungsgäste bei Villa CC war es keine Überraschung, erneut ein traumhaftes Feriendomizil beziehen zu dürfen. Es sind diese feinen, besonderen Details, die die Villen von Villa CC einzigartig machen. Mit der Villa Coraluxe haben wir im Sommer 2025 eine hervorragende Wahl getroffen: erstklassige Ausstattung, fantastische Lage und Urlaubsfeeling ab dem ersten Moment – genau so soll es sein. Villa Industrial is a beautiful villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed each and every moment…..we didn’t want our vacation to end - we even extended one more day at the end.
The house is beautiful, modern, clean with certainly has plenty of room.
The lanai is oversized to accommodate several people lying in the sun while enjoying the pool area and outdoor grill.
Bikes are available to use if you’d like to venture out and see some of Cape Coral as well.
The management company is extremely attentive while going above and beyond.
They responded immediately (within minutes) whenever I reached out and for any reason.
Isabel came to the house the day after we arrived to “check us in” she was so thorough and answered any questions that we had from hearing the pool to the iPad which controls just about everything else.
Isabel was wonderful.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation for sure!!!!
This is the first time I have used LVCC and I frequently visit Cape Coral. For the past 15 years I have always gone through the same property management company (not LVCC) however I will be using LVCC again. They made a wonderful and lasting first impression.
