Unsere Erwartungen wurden definitiv übertroffen. Die großzügige Villa ist neu und modern eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keinen Wunsch offen. Gerne wieder.

I was frankly astounded by the excellency of my stay in this house in Cape Coral. I don't know if it was the location that impressed me, or maybe it was the cool pool, bubbly jacuzzi, or the classy quality of the furnishing.
The master bedroom I stayed in was magnificent and had a vast and very clean bathroom.
It was a special place to spend my days off and I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Cape Coral.
We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC…you will not be disappointed

UPDATE 2025....Just finished our fourth wonderful stay at Frizzante and the highest standards continue with new upgrades in TV and BBQ etc(even the towels were new this year).
Everything is maintained at a very high standard and management is quick to address any questions. We are already booked here for our next winter getaway.
I highly recomend both this villa and all LVCC properties as they are all beautiful and well taken care of.

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf in het geweldige huis Isabel wat we hebben gehuurd via LVCC.
Het huis (incl. de boot die klaar lag) was van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien, groot, schoon, modern en aan elk detail was gedacht.
ik wil Michael daar nog hartelijk voor bedanken. Kortom: LVCC is een heel betrouwbaar en goed bedrijf die de service en luxe leveren wat ze beloven en dat verdient de maximale 5 sterren!

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Traumvilla Aquamarin. Die bis ins kleinste Detail geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Gestaltung der Villa und der großzügige Poolbereich machen sie zum perfekten Feriendomizil.
Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an pudelwohl. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Traumvilla Aquamarin."
Wir genossen 2 ganz tolle Wochen in der super Villa Galaxy sowie in der sehr schönen Villa Spirit of the River! Der Urlaub war auch deshalb so angenehm, weil rund um die Miete und die Villen einfach alles geklappt hat: Die Häuser waren wie gebucht bereit, keine komplizierte Ueber- und Abgabe und eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor Ort hat es für uns sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht. Ganz klar: Wir kommen wieder zu Euch!

Tolles Haus (Villa Nicla) und sehr nette und kompetente Betreuung online, telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort (Vielen Dank, Isabel!). Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kaution wurde sofort nach unserer Abreise nach Abzug der Stromkosten erstattet.

We had so much fun in the pool and spending time together on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and we loved ending the day with the fireplace on. It made us feel like it wasn`t so hot outside!
We`ve rented many homes over the years in Cape Coral and this one was at the top of our list. We look forward to coming back in the years to come. Thank you for a great week!

I spent the first week at Villa Marco with my husband and the second week with my daughter. We enjoyed beautiful weather and great company with friends who live near by. We tried to treat this wonderful house like it was our own home as much as we could. A lot of thought and care went into everything here. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful vacation rental to us for the past 3 weeks in sunny Florida. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the stunning views and the inviting pool. Every day spent here felt like a dream, and we honestly didn’t want to leave!
We truly appreciate all the thought & care you put into making this place feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect escape from the hustle & bustle of every day life.

We had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks of our vacation in your wonderful house. From the very first beginning, after entering the house, and enjoying the view on the water we knew that the next 2 weeks will be a relaxing and joyful time.

As we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared (Welcome letter and a folder with all necessary information, some softdrinks and beer in the fridge etc.). The villa was clean and the interior/decoration was very nice. During the time we had there, we felt absolutely comfortable. We would definitely come back. The Service from LVCC was perfect!
