Eine Buchung über das Internet ist immer eine Vertrauenssache. Als Vermittlungsagentur arbeiten wir hier mit einem Vertrauensvorschuss den Sie als Kunde bereit sind zu geben. Für unsere zahlreichen wiederkehrenden Kunden ist das sehr einfach, denn Sie hatten bereits einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer Villa. Und falls Sie über eine Empfehlungen von bestehenden Kunden zu uns gekommen sind haben Sie bereits jemanden der seine LVCC Cape Coral Erfahrungen mit Ihnen geteilt hat.
Damit auch für Neukunden - die ihren Weg direkt zu uns gefunden haben - dieser Sprung in das Unvertraute nicht zu groß ist, möchten wir einige Erfahrungen unserer Kunden mit Ihnen teilen.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable home! We enjoyed our time here and we will come back again to relax!
Villa Industrial is a beautiful villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed each and every moment…..we didn’t want our vacation to end - we even extended one more day at the end.
The house is beautiful, modern, clean with certainly has plenty of room.
The lanai is oversized to accommodate several people lying in the sun while enjoying the pool area and outdoor grill.
Bikes are available to use if you’d like to venture out and see some of Cape Coral as well.
The management company is extremely attentive while going above and beyond.
They responded immediately (within minutes) whenever I reached out and for any reason.
Isabel came to the house the day after we arrived to “check us in” she was so thorough and answered any questions that we had from hearing the pool to the iPad which controls just about everything else.
Isabel was wonderful.
This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation for sure!!!!
This is the first time I have used LVCC and I frequently visit Cape Coral. For the past 15 years I have always gone through the same property management company (not LVCC) however I will be using LVCC again. They made a wonderful and lasting first impression.

Wir sind wieder wohlbehalten Zuhause angekommen – obwohl wir gerne noch geblieben wären.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen – auch dank Ihres vorbildlichen „Kümmerns“ vom Start der Anfrage bis hin zur jetzigen Endabrechnung. Vertrauensvoll, sympathisch, kompetent – dieses anfängliche Gefühl hat sich bis zum Ende hin durchgezogen, so professionell habe ich das selten erlebt. Wir waren sehr von Ihrem Engagement angetan, die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls super, und auch die Villa Amalaya hat unsere Vorstellungen noch übertroffen. Bilder können eben doch nicht das Livebild ersetzen. Ein wundervolles Anwesen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr durchdacht geplant – das geben Sie bitte dem Eigentümer weiter!
Somit können wir nur sagen: Es war ein toller Urlaub, nur viel zu kurz. Aber wir werden nicht das letzte Mal in Cape Coral gewesen sein, und auch den nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir sicher über Sie buchen!

Tolles Haus (Villa Nicla) und sehr nette und kompetente Betreuung online, telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort (Vielen Dank, Isabel!). Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kaution wurde sofort nach unserer Abreise nach Abzug der Stromkosten erstattet.

Herzlichen Dank an das ganze LV CC Team - wir genossen 2 ganz tolle Wochen in der super Villa Galaxy sowie in der sehr schönen Villa Spirit of the River! Der Urlaub war auch deshalb so angenehm, weil rund um die Miete und die Villen einfach alles geklappt hat: Die Häuser waren wie gebucht bereit, keine komplizierte Ueber- und Abgabe und eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor Ort hat es für uns sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht. Ganz klar: Wir kommen wieder zu Euch!

The spacious layout and amazing extra outdoor living space was perfect for our two toddlers, Cooper and Olivia.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in dieser Villa.
Diese ist sehr gepflegt, sehr luxuriös mit einem perfekten Blick in Richtung Sonnenuntergang direkt am Kanal.
Die Verwaltung ist wie immer hoch professionell, sehr freundlich. Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt, sind Sie schnellstmöglich da und kümmern sich damit man einen perfekten tollen Urlaub dort machen kann.
Wir haben schon mehr Häuser gebucht sind immer wieder begeistert und werden dort auch demnächst wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.
Die Häuser und Verwaltung von LV CC sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen wenn man einen wunderbaren Florida Urlaub machen möchte

I was frankly astounded by the excellency of my stay in this house in Cape Coral. I don't know if it was the location that impressed me, or maybe it was the cool pool, bubbly jacuzzi, or the classy quality of the furnishing.
The master bedroom I stayed in was magnificent and had a vast and very clean bathroom.
It was a special place to spend my days off and I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Cape Coral.

Thank you! We love the Luxury Villas! You guys are fantastic.
We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC…you will not be disappointed

UPDATE 2025....Just finished our fourth wonderful stay at Frizzante and the highest standards continue with new upgrades in TV and BBQ etc(even the towels were new this year).
Everything is maintained at a very high standard and management is quick to address any questions. We are already booked here for our next winter getaway.
I highly recomend both this villa and all LVCC properties as they are all beautiful and well taken care of.
