Booking via the Internet is always a matter of trust. As a rental agency, we can only rely on the trust that you as a client are prepared to give. For our many regular customers the decision to book with us is quite easy, because they already had a wonderful holiday in a villa and returning is just a matter of when not if. For those customers who were referred to us through recommendations from existing clients it is also quite straightforward, because you already have someone who shared his personal LVCC Cape Coral experience with you.
To help our new customers - who have found their way directly to us - take that leap of faith as well we would like to share some of our customers' experiences with you.

My wife and I have stayed at both the Florida Diamond and Villa Amalaya and both were impeccable.
LVCC doesn't have subpar houses in its management portfolio.
If you're looking for a super high quality rental product at a reasonable price, LVCC is where its at.
Management is always responsive and very helpful. We will be using LVCC for years to come.

Die professionelle Abwicklung bei der Buchung und bei der Betreuung vor Ort hat unseren Urlaub noch schöner gestaltet. Die Villa hat uns einen traumhaften Urlaub ermöglicht, die Wirklichkeit hat Ihre Bilder auf Ihrer Homepage noch übertroffen. Ob Schlafzimmer, Bad, Pool und die gesamte Einrichtung war toll und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das traumhafte Wetter hat uns zusätzlich einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert. I spent the first week at Villa Marco with my husband and the second week with my daughter. We enjoyed beautiful weather and great company with friends who live near by. We tried to treat this wonderful house like it was our own home as much as we could. A lot of thought and care went into everything here. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much!

e had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks of our vacation in your wonderful house. From the very first beginning, after entering the house, and enjoying the view on the water we knew that the next 2 weeks will be a relaxing and joyful time.

We recently returned from our third stay at the beautiful Villa Frizzante and, as always, everything was absolutely perfect.
This is no ordinary rental as everything from the cookware /dishes to the furniture is first class.
The quality of this rental is a testament to both the owner and the management company.
Even after three years the villa shows no signs of wear. In fact, the owner goes to great lengths to ensure that their rental is constantly updated to reflect the highest standard and the LVCC rep is always available if we have questions.
For example, after our first stay, we casually mentioned that we were renting bicycles. To our great astonishment, upon arriving for our second stay, they surprised us with two brand new bikes for guest use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Frizzante and LVCC….you will not be disappointed

Wir hatten die Villa Aquamarin die ersten 14 Tage im April 2023 für 7 Personen gemietet.
Da wir bis jetzt nur Hotels in den USA genutzt hatten, waren wir sehr gespannt.
Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld funktionierte perfekt und freuten uns schon.
Was soll ich sagen: von 100 möglichen Punkten sind 100 erreicht worden.
Wir waren alle super zufrieden. Der Vorortservice, sogar in deutsch, funktionierte perfekt.
Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr gutem Zustand.
Einziges Problem: der Urlaub war wieder viel zu schnell rum.
Mein Fazit ist, dass wir LVCC sehr gern weiter empfehlen werden und dies auch bereits mit Freunden geteilt haben.
Unser nächster Florida-Urlaub wird uns definitiv wieder zu zusammen führen. Noch einmal vielen Dank und viele Grüße
