A spacious driveway with bright modern pavers greets you upon arrival and ushers you into luxury. The ultra-modern 6 master suites balance private spaces with areas to gather and share wonderful memories. Vaulted ceilings throughout add an air of exclusive elegance and draw your attention to themany large windows with spectacular water views.
Living and entertainment spaces - including a large pool table - on two floors feature modern designer furnishings that perfectly accentuate the home's lavish contemporary aesthetic. The gym room completes the package for fun and fitness this stunning Villa has to offer.
Enjoy a large, modern open kitchen with lovely quartz counters, a breakfast bar seating for three, a separate dining table for ten, and top-of-the-line Bosch built-in appliances for creating fine menues. The adjacent living room has comfy seating, a very large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors just like the dining area that open to the lanai and spacious pool deck. A modern fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere at night.
The suites are sized to impress and include king-size beds as well as large walk-in closets. The downstairs master suite has direct pool access with a privileged water view while you can enjoy the water view from two master suites directly and also from the large adjacent balcony on the second floor. All baths are equally impressive and spacious, with double sinks, walk-through or walk-in showers with frameless shower glass. The downstairs master suite has a modern, free standing bathtub. All suites feature flat screen smart TVs. Free WIFI is, of course, included. In case you have to dedicate a few hours to work during your vacation, there is an office available also.
The outdoor area is something entirely special! The home is located at a waterfront intersection and has amazing views down the canals. The clorinfree infinity pool overlooks the water and includes a spa. Ample chaise lounges allow for tanning and relaxing in the sun. The outdoor seating areas have an overhang for a cooling shade and include a full outside kitchen with a built-in infrared BBQ Grill, a sink, a refrigerator, and an outdoor dining table. There is also a separate lounge area, perfect for morning or late night drinks and socializing. You can fish from private dock or simply enjoy the water views.
The house is centrally located in a quite neighborhood but still only minutes away from Cape Harbor or Tarpon Point where you’ll find great restaurants, bars, and shops. Four bikes and two kayaks are available for you to discover the beauty of neighborhood and nature.
Cape Coral is famous for its scenic canals, which it has more miles of than any other city in the world. The city is also a destination vacation playground, with gorgeous beaches nearby, golf courses, and a family water park. The barrier islands Sanibel and Captiva can be accessed by boat or vehicle and offer premier resort amenities, dining, and entertainment. The Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve is where visitors go to scratch their aquatic adventures itch, and to enjoy fishing, kayaking, ocean sightseeing, scuba & snorkeling, sunbathing, and more. All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Very memorable & wonderful vacation
We brought our family to Cape Coral over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (total of 9 adults & 2 infants).The accommodations were just beautiful and we absolutely loved our time there!!
It was very important that the house be comfortable & clean as we knew with small children we would be spending the majority of our time enjoying the pool & facilities.
This home does not disappoint!! It is very well arranged in that every BR has a full bath so each party is able to have a bit of privacy as well.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future and hope to do so!!
