All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Wir hatten die Villa 8-Lakes gebucht in der Hoffnung, dass wir eine schöne Sicht über den See haben und ein Gefühl der Weite. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, speziell der Sonnenuntergang konnte magisch sein.
Das Haus selbst war über die Seite sehr einfach zu buchen, die Fotos stimmten und Fragen wurden vom Team super fix und kompetent beantwortet.
Vor Ort war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wie beschrieben, wir wurden super betreut und haben uns vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und konnten in der Zwischenzeit schon Freunde begeistern, die Villa für nächstes Jahr zu buchen.

Wir hatten tolle Wochen im Oktober/November in der Villa Eight Lakes. Die Villa ist einfach super schön und genauso wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Tolle Lage mit allem was man braucht/will.
Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit LVCC - es hat alles bestens geklappt und die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in der Villa Eight Lakes verbracht und die schönen Erinnerungen werden uns sicher noch lange durch den Alltag begleiten!
Wir durften unseren Urlaub schon mehrere Male in Florida verbringen und dadurch ist uns der Sunshine State schon ein bisschen zur zweiten Heimat geworden ð! Wir fühlen uns jeweils sehr wohl und der Abschied fällt uns nie leicht! Daher hoffen wir sobald wie möglich wieder zu kommen!!!
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die unkomplizierte Administration und die freundliche Unterstützung vor Ort!

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön.
Das Haus entsprach komplett der Beschreibung und hat uns sehr begeistert.
Es war sauber und sogar eine Grundausstattung (kleine Getränke, Küchentüscher, Waschtabs, Gewürze etc.) vorhanden.
Die Betreuung und Kommunikation vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir werden VillaCC weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Eight Lake war wunderschön und wir haben alle beschlossen und verkündet, dass wir definitv nicht zum letzten Mal dort waren.
Die Villa war traumhaft. Die Raumaufteilung, die Innengestaltung und die Lage hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Großes Lob !!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen, alles war rundum zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Alles war so wir wir es erhofft hatten. Auch die Bootsvermietung und Einweisung über Captain Bob und die Rückgabe bei Captain John waren ohne Probleme und sehr lustig.
Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind dann würden wir nur über Sie wieder eine Unterkunft mieten. Lieben Dank noch einmal für unseren schönen Aufenthalt.
