You will find two queen size beds in the huge master bedroom, which has got French doors to the pool area. The second bedroom and third bedroom are each equipped with a king-size bed. The third bedroom features an additional studio couch. The nicely furnished bathrooms guarantee much space and privacy.
There is no disturbing screen around the pool area because it would spoil the generous proportions and vast extent of the villa and the pool area. An effective mosquito protection is being provided by an ultra-modern mosquito defense mechanism, a sprayer, which is harmless to people and biocompatible. The sprayer operates in a sustainable manner, even to the “No see ums”. Those sprayers have been successfully used for years by huge leisure parks.
The private boat lift and dock for sailboats and yachts is located at the side of the villa which guarantees you an unspoilt view from the pool area over the open water.
The pool area itself is located in the South giving you plenty of time for sunbathing. If you take a boat you will enjoy the full length because the location directly on the river leaves the tedious trips through the channels out of the picture.
Get to the most beautiful beaches in the region or discover the many islands around Cape Coral. They invite you to relax in their quiet and open landscape. You will have lots of time to unwind!
Nature lovers will also appreciate this villa: be it for the dolphins, which come real close to the villa, or be it for the marine diversity which is a paradise for every fisherman. A nearby park (Rotary Park) gives you an impression of Florida’s original flora and fauna.

In the evening you will be able to prepare and enjoy your BBQ in our beautiful outdoor kitchen – only to wind up the evening with chilled beverages in the spa under a glamorous starry sky and the unforgettable view on the sea.
All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
